Ryker's Birthday

I can't believe it but... my boy turned 4! We had 2 birthday parties for him. One in the day with all of his friends and then one at night with all of the family. We all had so much fun.! Thank you so much for all your love and support and for all the awesome gifts!

Another one of Ryker's favorites right now is Iron man. Carson got Ryker this. He loves to play with this toy.. thank you Merisa, Rob and Carter.

This is one of Ryker's best friends Everett. They play together alot. Everett dressed up like bumble for the birthday party. They were so cute together. Whenever I take these two out people always ask me if they are my twins. I think its funny,

This is Kayla playing pin the antenna on the robot. They all loved this game. Kayla got Ryker some gummi worms and some money so that Ryker could pick out his present! Thank you Roger Angela, Kayla and Annalise!

I dressed all the kids up as robots with tin foil. They had a blast!

We ate pizza and cupcakes! The kids didnt' eat to much because they were having so much fun! I was glad that Tianna and ROb stayed and helped with the party... thank you!

These were the sides. I had cheetos as robot screws and chips as robot chips and robot nuts and bolts and chex mix. Then, I bought a gas can and fillled it with apple juice. The kids thought it was fun to drink robot fuel!

THis is the birthday cake that Ryker wanted this year... Optimus Prime. It was alot of fun to make... It took me about 5hhrs, 4 boxes of cake and 4 tubs of frosting. Ryker loved it and it was fun to eat. We had lots and lots of leftover cake.

More Halloween

So before Halloween we went to Gardener's Village with friends (Angela, Lynelle, and Lileth) they took there kids and we saw all the decorated witches. It was so fun!
In every picture you will noticed that Ryker is shooting the witches. This was the first time he had worn his halloween costume and he thought it was so cool that he could shoot all the witches with his fake gun.

So, for Halloween I wanted the kids to have a lot of fun. So,, We made sugar cookies and decorated them. The had a blast!


Then, the next day we decided to paint pumkins. also, a lot of fun

Then, we decided to paint pumpkins that Grandma and Grandpa S got for them. The kids had so SO much fun with this. They just couldn't believe that I was letting them use paint.

First weekend in October.. VACATION

So, the first weekend in October Todd and I planned to go to Lake Havasupai with our awesome neighbors-Tom, Brea, Brent and Tessa... however, we couldn't make it because Todd had an interview with some Japanese Engineers for an internship for Summer 2011 in Japan. Well, we think it would be way cool to go, so we stayed for the interview.... we will fine out if we go at the end of Novemeber. Anyway, so instead of going to lake havasupai we decided to go on a short weekend adventure to Moab. Todd's parents were so awesome and came all the way down to Salt Lake to watch the kids. So, it was just Todd and I . We took our bikes and went mountain biking and had a blast! We camped.,This is us going on the trails. It was so funny because everyone there was serious mountain bikers with all the expensive gear. ... well, I was on a cruser bike with a baby seat on the back. People would pass me and look at me funny. Two guys stopped and said.... gosh I thought we were like really tough and cool because we were riding this trail but then we saw you with your baby seat and your picnic in your seat we didn't feel so cool anymore.... I thought it was hilarious.

This is where we camped. It is called Castleton Tower. It was beautiful and the weather was perfect!!

Halloween 2010

So its been forever since I have blogged, yes I know. But, there is a reason. .. Our computer broke down and todd went back to school so, I have been computerless. .. So, I've decided I am now going to blog late at night because that is the only time TOdd is not doing homework. Life is still awesome! TOdd is in school and SO SO busy. He is working two part time jobs now and so I see him very little. As for me... I am now only working part time and it rocks! I love being home with the kids and being a mommy! Ryker had his b-day this week and so did TOdd. I will post some picutures later this week but as for now here is what we were for halloween.
