Ryker's 5th Birthday

Ryker had a lot of fun this year for his birthday! He had 2 birthday parties and he was very spoiled! The first one was with his friends. He had Brody, Trenton, Everett, Clark, and Kinsley. We played games - it was a robot themed birthday party again because Ryker wanted another robot party. So we played pin the shield on optimus and bumble bee. Then we dressed up like robots. We threw water balloons at the deceptacons and then we found the all spark cube. Afterwards we hit the robot pinata and then ate pizza and cupcakes. It was a lot of fun. Thanks to all those who came. Thank you for the gifts. He got 2 optimus prime transformers toys- one from Brody the other from Everett, a 3d coloring book from Kinsley and a play 4 wheeler from Trenton.

This is Ryker's birthday cake. Ryker picked it out. . . Its a robot. I did things a little more simpler this year.
Above is his pinata

Todd and I fought over who got to hold the pinata in the tree and who got to take pictures. .. You can see who won.

The second birthday party was on his actual birthday day. We had Carma and Lee over for dinner. We had macoroni and cheese with cauliflower because that's what Ryker wanted for his birthday dinner. Then we had cake and ice cream and opened more presents.

Ryker got to make his own birthday cake fore this party. He chose a yellow cake with vanilla frosting.
As you can see, he frosted it all by himself.

He got a helicopter from Mom and Dad and a butterfly keeper. He got an art box, tonka trucks, legos, and an optimus prime from Carma and Lee. Grandma and Grandpa Grover got him transformer toy, and hero legos. Grandma and Grandpa Sherman got him 20 dollars to spend on whatever he wanted... he got transformer stuff and Aunt Tassi got him nice new shirts. From Aunt Jandy and Uncle Troy he got a little people car/person.

When he woke up we went out to go to preschool and the birthday fairy came and decorated the outside of our house (Carma and Lee). There was a 5 ghost and the number 5 everywhere! It was way cute... as you can see he was very excited!

On his birthday we went to lunch with Carson and had happy meals and ice cream. Carson got him some hero legos.

Fun! I can't believe he's five. Seems like yesterday he was the baby.
